Each gathering with We Are Thriving Together is designed to feel a little different, yet the intention remains constant: to create space.
Some evenings might centre around storytelling and shared experiences, while others are quieter and more reflective.

Some are centered around clarity and creativity—like our vision board afternoons, where what begins as a simple exercise often turns into meaningful, unplanned conversations.
Others are more reflective.
In our "Reflections" session in January, we explored what we were ready to let go of—and what we were ready to step into.
Some gatherings bring in expert voices, exploring topics that matter as we move through different stages of life—
from maintaining friendships as we get older, to navigating menopause, to redefining our relationships with our adult children.
And some are purely experiential—offering space to pause and reset through sound baths, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation.
You don’t need to come with expectations—just an openness to see what the experience offers you.

What makes our events special
Our gatherings are designed with intention—but without expectation.

Conversations around wellness and small changes that can support overall wellbeing. Cooking demonstrations, nutrition and hormone health talks, wellness panels and Q&A sessions, functional health conversations
Reflection Circles
Slower, quieter gatherings centered around meaningful prompts.

These gatherings bring together a small, mixed group of women—often in beautiful restaurant settings, sometimes paired with experiences like museum visits or special occasions such as International Women’s Day.
